Einsi means "the one," and I had retained him to be my riding horse.  He is a gorgeous silver dapple buckskin dun gelding with a huge mane and tail.  He stands 13.1h.  He had 90 days put on him in 2022 and had an additional 30 days put on him in 2023.  Both trainers were not experienced in gaited horses so he will need some gait finishing.  He walks, tolts, trots and canters under saddle, and has a great whoa and back.  He is a natural tolter.  He yields to your leg and has a great personality.  He has never offered to buck or rear and both trainers that had him absolutely loved him.  He has been mainly ridden in an indoor arena but has been ridden out alone in the field a few time and done well.  Einsi would do best with an intermediate rider that can lead him to the next level.  He is medium energy with quite a bit of power.  No health issues.  Vet checks welcome.  Photos and videos here.

Ársól has been my favorite mare.  She is super sweet and has an A+ temperament.  She was started under saddle as a 5yr old and was ridden lightly that summer, but she hasn't been ridden since so she would need a complete refresher.  She is AA for gait.  She has been exposed to Brynjar from Twisted E for a May 2024 foal.  I have not had her ultrasounded,  but she appears bred, has not been back in heat and has never missed being bred.  She has been pastured with the stallion since 6/3/23.  Photo taken 9/13/23.

Kæja (prounced k-eye-ah), was born June 3, 2022.  She is from Ársól from Creekside Farm (by 1st prize Álfadans frá Ingólfshvoli) and Brynjar from Twisted E (by 1st prize Glæsir frá Húsey).  She is palomino with a large star and snip, and already has hair to spare.  She is showing lots of gait, and will be 5 gaited like her parents.  This filly has siblings to prove she will be quiet, easily trainable and have an ultra quiet personality.  The perfect trail partner!

I will update this dated photo ASAP.  Spá was a broodmare for us for years, she is very easy to deal with with no health issues other than a couple lumps that come with grey horses.  She's been retired for a few years and has been a great babysitter for our weanlings and young horses.  She is very spirited for an older gal, and is usually near the top of the pecking order.  She's looking for a pasture to adorn with another horse (preferably an Icelandic) and would love the occasional walk.  Approved retirement home only.  Contact me to discuss Spá.  

Lagsi was born on May 10, 2023.  He is from Ársól from Creekside Farm (by 1st prize Álfadans frá Ingólfshvoli) and Brynjar from Twisted E (by 1st prize Glæsir frá Húsey).  He is bay.  He is showing lots of gait with good movements.  This colt has siblings to prove he will be quiet, easily trainable and have an ultra quiet personality.  He will make a fantastic partner.  See more photos here.

Vidalia is a spotted bay roan 2018 molly mule that I picked up in Kentucky as a project mule.  She is a spotted bay roan and standing around 14.2h.  I have done some limited groundwork with her, using positive reinforcement methods.  She leads, ties and clips without a twitch.  She needs work with her feet.  She has a lot of try in her and is very sweet.  I was told she was out of a Walker mare, but I have not seen gait in the field.

Jed is a 2016 bay spotted john mule.  He is super friendly and seeks you out for attention.  He is easy to catch (he catches you), ties, clips pretty decent (no twitch), bathes, and is easy to trim.  He is not started to ride, I have too many projects to start him.  I was told he is out of a Paso Fino mare in Ohio, but do not know if he is gaited.
